Wedding Timeline Sample

I have been a wedding photographer for 7 years now, and I know how stressful wedding planning can be for brides! I wanted to share with you a sample timeline that will hopefully help your big day go as smooth as possible! With this particular timeline the wedding ceremony will start at 5:30, you, of course, can adjust according to your ceremony time! The biggest piece of advice I have for all my brides is don't get so caught up in the schedule that you forget to enjoy the day! It goes by SO quickly, and if things come up and you get a little off schedule, that's OK! I always tend to allow more time than needed just in case things pop up! Your wedding day happens once in a lifetime, so take a deep breath, slow down and treasure every moment :)

12:00-2:00 pm HAIR AND MAKE-UP

2:00-2:15 pm PUT ON WEDDING DRESS

2:30-2:45 pm FIRST LOOK

2:45-4:15 pm BRIDE/ GROOM & WEDDING PARTY PICTURES

4:15-5:00 pm FAMILY PICTURES

5:25 SEAT PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS

5:30-6:00 pm WEDDING CEREMONY

6:00-6:30 pm GUEST MOVE TO RECEPTION

6:45 DINNER

7:45 pm TOASTS

8:00 pm CAKE CUTTING

8:15 pm DANCE STARTS
